«The Talos Project – Let’s go digital» is a program that Sprint designed and implemented, under one theme umbrella, for Takeda Pharmaceutical Company. The goal of this program was to introduce, inspire, and engage the Takeda people throughout all phases of the programs’ activities, aiming at:
Share Takeda’s digital vision
Inform and educate employees about the Takeda’s digital tools
Increase the use of technology / Takeda’s e-tools
Strengthen the engagement of the employees
The program was named after the Greek mythical giant TALO, considered the first robot in history. It included various “phygital” activations and was implemented in 5 phases from September 2016 till June 2017.
Therefore, it is a great honor for us that Takeda won the Marketing Excellence Award 2017, in Employee Marketing Communications category, for The Talos Project! It is also important to mention that the program received the 5th highest score in the evaluation of more than 90 marketing programs overall.
